Safety & Regulations

Alcohol consumption
During our events it is allowed to consume alcohol from the age of 16 and is prohibited under the age of 16. During our events there will be no drinks served that are being categorised by law as hard liquor. Alcohol consumption is being regulated by providing participants with wristbands. A person who is 16 years or older receives a different colour wristband then a person who is not 16 years old. Participants receive this wristband after showing a valid ID when they are picked up by bus from the campsite. We agreed with the locations where the events take place that only participants from the age of 16 can order alcoholic drinks after showing their wristband. Beside that our team also checks, based on the wristband, if there is no alcohol consumption amongst minors. If this rule is violated, then that person will first be warned. A second violation will immediately result in an exclusion of the event.
Participants that are being excluded of the event will be returned to the campsite immediately.

Smoking
During our events and activities smoking is allowed provided that this is allowed at the venue or in designed places.

Drug use
The use of drugs or possession of drugs during our events and activities is strictly prohibited. If drugs are found or when a person gets caught on the use of drugs, then the person in question will immediately be removed from the event or activity and is no longer welcome at any of the events and activities hosted by Camping Events.

Bus transport
The touring cars that we use to transport the people to the venue are in perfect state. We only co-operate with Italian coach companies with a recognized hallmark for Italian bus companies. This hallmark is only rewarded if a touringcar company has a good reputation, the busses are in an excellent technical state and in terms of safety and comfort meet the UNI and ISO 9001:2000 certification. This certification is recognized internationally and represents the highest possible quality of service and passenger vehicles. There are few companies that possess this certification, but we only work with the best. On each bus there are at least two members of the Camping Events staff present, they have a list of people that are supposed to be at their bus. This list is checked when the participants are getting picked up at their campsite and again when they leave the event or activity. In this way we ensure that the risk of people getting left behind is as small as possible. Besides a list of people our staf also is in the posession of a list with telephone numbers of the participants and the telephone number of one of their parents or caretakers so that in case of an emergency they can be called.
Besides the touringcars that are being hired, our organisation also has a smal bus so particpants can be brought back at any given moment to the campsite in case they feel sick.
